As the Site Quality Leader, you will provide leadership and coaching on strategic quality initiatives aligned with Lean principles to drive a zero-defect culture across Hooksett. You will be responsible for developing strategic actions aligned to the business Hoshin Karnri and executing through tactical execution to meet and exceed the Part Family yearly metrics (QEM, MRB & nonconformance callouts, Losses)
This role will require established problem-solving skills to develop root-cause corrective action (RCCA), process improvement through digital solutions, process capability and data analytics for Hooksett. You will design and deliver training solutions around the quality initiatives and zero-defect culture for the site.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
Deep understanding and capability with the ability to coach on the Aerospace Quality System and drive ownership and accountability on all levels of an organization.Support the integration of Lean and Quality to optimize the use of Lean and quality tools. Monitor, coach and coordinate the delivery of training on topics such as RCCA, PFMEA, Print to Planning, process improvements, MSA, capability studies and digital solutions. Leverage resources and expertise from across the Part Family and other sites.Drive implementation and adaptation of new digital tools, including digital routers, data visualization and process capability improvements based on data. Provide expertise in analyzing learning needs, designing training solutions and launching the solutions into the team.Present project plans, technical roadmaps, risks, and recommendations to senior business leaders (EB and SEB) within technical space and occasionally to senior leaders in partner technical teams.Communicate solutions across the quality organization and with cross-functional partner organizations.Lead technical and NDT inspection teams with strategic mindset to continue to develop site inspection into a world class organization.Communicate, monitor, and maintain site compliance as Compliance Leader with focus on the Spirit and the Letter of GE Aerospace.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree accredited college or university Minimum of 10years of manufacturing and quality experience
