What wil be your role:
At Diageo, one of our key Leadership Pillars is "Shape the Future" - the ability to create focus and ownership for shaping Diageo's future ambition. This newly created role leans into this leadership pillar and as part of the local manufacturing team, you will be responsible for leading our Huntingwood manufacturing sites OT Systems including SCADA process control systems, networks, PLC’s and HMI’s. Acting as the link between local manufacturing and global standard process engineering teams, you will own the strategy to implement technology standards in your areas of responsibility.
This is a new role and is fundamental in facilitating a step change in the management and security of OT systems in Diageo. The role has the potential to be shaped by the individual and gives great opportunity to take ownership and demonstrate leadership. There will be an abundance of learning and growth opportunities due to the rapidly evolving nature of Operational Technology and the cyber-threats and technological advances within this field. Building great relationships with stakeholders is key to success.
What does this look like for you:
Ownership of the OT strategy for the Australian manufacturing sites, following the global strategy;
Leading organisational change for the site in relation to OT Systems and capital projects support;
Site Cyber Security Lifecycle Management following IEC 62443 and leading Continuous Threat Detection Incident Technical Support;
Lead the OT Disaster Recovery Business Continuity Plans;
Act as the OT Consultation to site management teams; and
Lead the Industry 4.0 SMART Factory Integration.
What experiences will you have?
Prior experience in leading Process Control Systems Engineering
Experience in Manufacturing Process and Systems, preferably in food and beverage
Automation and Instrumentation
Industry 4.0 IIOT
Engineering Hazard and Risk Identification
Engineering Safety Systems (IEC 61508)
Cyber Security Methodologies (IEC 62443)
IT / OT Networking.
