Eaton's Electrical Division is seeking a Site Manager based in Spain, to act as in large Sites in EMEA from site preparation through deliveries, construction and testing phases. The Site Manager will represent Eaton at site meetings where planning, coordination and safety are reviewed.
What you'll do:
Responsible for Health and Safety, Environmental process on site. As such the site manager initiates, monitors and reviews work procedures, holds toolbox talks, daily point of work risk assessments and safety briefings with its team. Site Manager ensures that a safe working environment is always provided and ensuring any necessary documentation such as, Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RA/MS)Coordinate / and direct site works by Eaton and Eaton third party suppliers on a daily basis. Maintain close cooperation with Project Manager and site service coordinators to form an effective team for executing Eaton's scope of supply.Provide daily reports to project manager on the worked performed, issues, planning for next period of work.Ensures effective use of resources to help reach profitability expectations. Raise gaps and constraints that are unforeseen formally to PM to allow cost recapture.Serves as testing auditor of test forms and test practices of the on-site testing/certifying /commissioning agent.Is expected to be on site as per customer schedule each workday. Organizes and carries out site aspect of trainings for different parties as required. Ensures that all Eaton service works are done following the instructions to meet high quality standards. Deals with all complaints in a professional and timely manner, by involving the wider team while respecting all people on site.
Qualifications:
Strong electrical background5 or more years of experience in similar rolesKnowledge and experience with Health and Safety and Quality Management on construction siteExperience in power distribution construction site,Experience of executing delivery projects, electrical work and field service & commissioning workAbility to interpret technical drawings, wiring, cabling documentsKnowledge and experience with MS Office and MS projectKnowledge in Datacenter is a plus
