  Join our SE T SO Pakistan Team as the Project Engineer – Electrical if you are having 220kV and above (500kV is preferable) Substation experience and help us re-imagine the world by finding solutions and making the world a more inquisitive place for tomorrow.

  You‘ll make an impact by:

  Project Management:

  Manage the project execution at site, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

  Coordinate with various stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.

  Follow project plans, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions as needed.

  Site Operations:

  Oversee the day-to-day activities at the substation site.

  Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

  Manage resources efficiently to meet project objectives.

  Erection, Testing & Commissioning:

  Oversee the Erection, Testing & Commissioning process to ensure that the substation operates efficiently and meets performance requirements.

  Work closely with Erection, Testing & Commissioning (ETC) Team and engineers to resolve any issues during ETC phase.

  Technical Expertise:

  Possess a deep understanding of high-voltage substation design, construction, and commissioning processes.

  Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.

  Troubleshoot technical issues and propose effective solutions.

  Quality Assurance:

  Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that the substation meets industry standards and specifications.

  Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address potential issues.

  Communication:

  Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

  Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and any challenges faced.

  Documentation:

  Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.

  Prepare progress reports for management and stakeholders.

  Your success is grounded in:

  Education

  Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering.Experience:

  10 - 15 years experience in managing the construction of high-voltage substations, preferably at the 500kV level.

  Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

  Technical Skills:

  In-depth knowledge of substation design, AIS technology, and associated equipment.

  Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.

  Leadership and Management:

  Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a diverse project team.

  Ability to make decisions, prioritize tasks, and solve problems.

  Communication Skills:

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  Safety Focus:

  Prioritize safety and ensure that all activities comply with safety regulations and standards.You’ll benefit from

  2 to 3 days of mobile working per week as a global standard.
