What you'll do:
The Site HR Manager will support the operation of target sales revenue, lead the professional HR team to act as the business partner for the business leaders of Suzhou operation and CPC LV R&D.
Be responsible for all Suzhou site Admin support for Suzhou operation, CPC LV R&D, China Share Service Center (GFSS & HRS) and other BU located in Suzhou site (PDSS and R&D center).
This position will work with operation functional leaders and R&D leadership team to develop and align HR practices and strategies with key business objectives, maintain positive employee relations, provide guidance and direction to leaders on complex business and HR issues, build a high-performance driven & inclusive culture and improve organization effectiveness and capability.
Provides HR solutions for key business initiatives such as localization, cost out, JV synergy, SCM resilience, key competency development and sustainability. Supervises the HR team on planning, developing and implementing comprehensive HR initiatives from workforce planning, assessment & selection, communication, recognition programs to retain superior talents and build organizational capability, ensures we have the best talents to execute on our strategy.Provides leadership guidance and mentoring, develops and implements solutions to organizational challenges by leading/coaching others through change. Counsels and influences management/leadership team regarding policies, practices, laws and regulations and monitor application to ensure positive employee relations. Leads the organization and talent development programs & retention initiatives to boost the business growth in high speed. Drives effective development and execution of training programs and practices.Shapes our culture to be high performing and high engaging through effective performance management ensuring the performance management practices are applied consistently.Identifies and leads projects that require analysis, research, and planning and appropriate communication for a highly productive environment. Designs, reviews C&B structure as well as communicates and manages all benefit programs/systems for better recognition with the balance of costing, resolves related issues to maximize value to employees. Support Finance and customer audit as required.Monitor and lead all corporate programs such as, but limited to, EBSA, OPA, Eaton jobs, HRMS, Eaton University, TalentHub, internal and external audits.Develop and maintain positive employee relations and high engagement through employee listening programs, engagement activities and team building, wellness initiatives etc.Be responsible for site administrative matters, such as office facilities management, employee meals, transportations, visitors' reception, and etc.Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree is a minimum. Human Resource Management or Psychology related majors is preferred.
2. Requires >8 years experience covering broad functional HR areas with increasing levels of responsibility and 2-3 years management experiences in a manufacturing or MNC environment.
3. A broad and in-depth knowledge on current philosophies and methodologies that are utilized in maintaining a company represented environment.
4. Excellent English communication skills, oral and written. The ability to communicate effectively with all levels of Eaton Corporate offices and cross business units.
5. Basic technical knowledge of employee database systems, benefit plans and policies in order to implement global and corporate programs effectively.
6. Masters base knowledge of state, local and country labor laws regarding employment issues and related matters.
7. Previous field experience in manufacturing and /or technical environment helpful to encourage understanding of our complex/ broad-based businesses.
8. Statistical knowledge and analytic skills, wage and salary survey experience.
9. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written.
10. Excellent facilitation and coaching skills.
11. Demonstrates Eaton leadership attributes, assertive leadership, quick decision maker and good team player, good learning agility.
