Work Shift: 07 AM - 03:30 PM
Responsibilities:
Will be working alone in a print center.
Training will be provided, but taking files and printing them off percustomer instructions.
Some finishing, such as laminating, cutting, and binding.
Minimal mail, just collecting it and making sure its ready for thevendor to pick up.
Placing service calls and supply orders for clients equipment.
No extensive lifting, walking, or standing, but throughout the day, youwill be up and down. Standard lift of up to 50#.
Nothing more than they can handle, a box of paper, roughly 35 lbs, butif too much, they can break it down to carry less if needed.
Manager will be looking for If they have any experience working withlarge printers, which would be great, but we can train the right person,customer service is key, also need to have a good understanding ofcomputer programs, such as Word, PowerPoint, excel.
Description:
Accountable for daily operations of solo-person site. Responsible forperforming the contracted office services including, but not limited to:Copy services, Courier Services, Managed Print services, Hospitality,Imaging and Mail services.
Responsible for daily operations of a mail room, copy center, orscanning facility including
operating office equipment such as: PC, Copiers, Multifunction Devices,Imaging & Mail
Equipment.
May be responsible for: Courier Services, Reception Services,Switchboard Operations.
Shipping & Receiving, Delivering and Processing of Mail.
Handles formal contact with the customer, on a daily basis.
Responsible for effective implementation and management of CLIEN ServiceExcellence
programs.
Understands how to operate the required equipment/software efficientlyto achieve service level
agreements.
Achieves profitability in the area of cost of goods by effectivelyutilizing company materials and
supplies.
May maintain daily routine functions to include creating/completing workorders, contractor
monitoring, inspections, reporting facility related issues, lendingsupport as required.
May include interaction with contracted vendors, facility management andoccupants.
May be responsible for office-supply inventory re-ordering.
May be responsible for Conference room coordination and A/V equipmentresource
management.
Maintains positive internal working relationships with all departmentemployees by
communicating in a professional manner.
Collects and provides data to assigned leadership and customer. Mayinclude completing.
monthly reports to customers with support from assigned leadership.
Ensures financial responsibilities are met.
Performs other duties as assigned.
