Site Activation Specialist EVOQUE is responsible for the delivery of TMTT educational curriculum and practical onboarding of Health Care Professionals (HCPs; Physicians) within the field. To accelerate new account certification and learning curve in support of site opening and physician training will be your key duty. Providing feedback to PEMA leadership commitment & competence of HCP´s and support procedures as a Clinical Specialist will be very important part of your job. You will be playing pioneering role assuring best experience with new technology – EVOQUE enabling REPLACEMENT of tricuspid valve in minimal invasive way – so no need to settle open heart surgery any longer!
Lead the Site Opening Process, working closely with local internal stakeholders and the customer in their territory.
Assess HCP competencies throughout the site opening process in their region and propose tailored solutions to address their needs.
Provide field-based product & developmental feedback to training team & TMTT leadership.
How you will make an impact:
Case support & delivery of educational and training needs to support the onboarding and/or coaching of HCP´s, through practical, field-based education. Assess skill, knowledge & commitment progress and be able to articulate coaching to HCP & leaders both verbally and in writing.
Manage the overall process of Site Opening through collaboration with local commercial and clinical partners and training team; ensuring good communication, proper planning and reporting of site opening progress
Case support & providing education/proctoring support on all aspects of the device, device handling, implantation, imaging and troubleshooting techniques related to equipment, tools and products required for device implants
Provide technical and educational feedback in the development and continuously improvement of training (e.g., curriculum, training materials and training tools) and guidelines (e.g., SOPs) in support of the training manager
Other duties: Attend and educate at conferences as needed. Attend and contribute at extra meetings to add value to training, procedure development etc.
What you'll need (Required):
Min 3-5 years years work experience in INDUSTRY is mandatory - medical device (fields: TAVI, CRM, Electrophysiology, Heart Failure, AAA, cardiac surgery, echocardiography, cardio-vascular or similar)
Moderate echocardiography knowledge (e.g. 3Mensio, TomTec, Vitrea, Circle VI, etc.) - some knowledge welcome - we are ready to train you
Training experience in clinical / technical environment preferred
Cath lab / OR / hybrid OR experience
Fluent in German and advanced/fluent English required
Active car driver - company car provided - high flexibility to travel

Proven expertise in MS Office Suite and ability to operate general office machinery
Strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation, and interpersonal relationship skills including facilitating, influencing, negotiating and relationship management skills
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Full knowledge and understanding of cardiovascular science
Full understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology including the applications and “language” of the market
Full understanding of medical device regulatory requirements and documents, device accountability and adverse events reporting
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
