The successful candidate will assume responsibility for the life cycle of the Singleton brand line, encompassing strategic planning through to the execution of tactical activities.
What we are looking for
B.A. or B. Sc. degree or MBA qualification in Business/Marketing
3-4 years experience in Marketing & product management preferably in life style brands or premium/luxury drinks.
Excellent command of English and high command of Microsoft programs (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Analytical mind with strong planning and organizational skills
Result oriented and highly motivated approach with entrepreneurial drive
High interpersonal & communication skills
Demonstration of brilliant execution to meet high standards across various pillars of brand building
Comfort with dealing with ambiguity, complexity and working within a fast-paced environment
What are the key responsibilities of this role?
Briefing and Deploying Annual Market Plans: Prepare and manage marketing communication activities for the Singleton brand across digital, experiential, and PR channels. Lead transformative growth strategies and oversee brand performance metrics.
Analysis and Reporting: Conduct comprehensive analysis and reporting on brands, markets, and competitor trends. Apply insights to formulate yearly strategic plans, addressing business issues and capitalizing on opportunities.
Collaboration with Global Brand Team: Coordinate with the global brand team to develop local strategies and annual plans. Adapt global brand strategies, considering cultural nuances, market metrics, and legal constraints.
Innovative Communication Strategies: Inspire and collaborate with agency partners to develop innovative communication strategies and foster groundbreaking ideas.
Marketing Activities Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the team to devise and implement cutting-edge marketing initiatives and event campaigns.
Insight-Driven Performance: Proactively seek consumer insights, leveraging curiosity to understand drivers influencing behavior. Translate findings into actions that enhance brand-consumer relationships and drive future growth.
Building Cross-Functional Relationships: Cultivate and sustain cross-functional relationships by promptly addressing opportunities and challenges.
Team Collaboration: Drive team collaboration with passion and inspiration, actively contributing to shared objectives. Promote effective communication and bring enthusiasm, reliability, and flexibility to inspire collective success.
