  Shuttle Driver

  The Shuttle Driver is responsible for safely delivering our products to all our Distribution Centers in our territory. The Shuttle Driver ensures we have quality materials, supplies, and finished product to support our customers’ needs.

  Schedule: We have a part-time and full time option available; see below:

  D2: Friday - Sunday with alternating Thursdays, from 5:00am - 5:00pm. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays is required as scheduled.

  FLEX: You have the flexibility to choose between a 6, 8, or 12-hour shift to accommodate your personal schedule. This position allows for up to 29 hours of shifts to be picked up per week.

  Position Responsibilities

  Perform daily routine vehicle inspection, report any mechanical issues and operate vehicle in a safe and efficient manner, complying with Department of Transportation (DOT) standards.

  Ensure the food safety and quality of the product is protected during transportation.

  Meet delivery schedule for Keurig Dr Pepper products and materials between assigned warehouses.

  Maintain safety focus over hauls of varying duration (some up to 11 hours round trip).

  Maintain DOT time log and other required transport documentation and/or have knowledge of electronic logs.

  Reflect positive Company image by being safe and courteous when driving our equipment.

  Proactively work to assist team members in achieving the organization’s objectives for safety, delivery, and productivity while being flexible as needed.

  Maintain constant communication with the dispatch team and Transport Manager.

  Generate productivity and continuous improvement ideas.

  Total Rewards

  Compensation: Starting rate of pay is $25.54 per hour plus $2,000 sign-on bonus (available for full time schedule only)

  Requirements

  High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred

  21 years of age or older

  2 years experience driving manual transmission tractors

  Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL A) and driver’s license with interstate validation

  Ability to maintain valid DOT Driver requirements and documentation

  Schedule flexibility is required to support the team and operation
