To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Shopper Marketing Manager (Coles & Red Rock Deli). The successful candidate will be Responsible for delivering activations that influence shopper behaviour that drives growth for the category, our customers and PepsiCo. Take Ownership for creating and executing the activation strategy in Coles including managing commercial and media relationships and for the national creative and execution strategy of Red Rock Deli.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute end-to-end shopper marketing strategy for PepsiCo portfolio in Coles Supermarkets.Create shopper activation plans for major initiatives, collaborating with sales, category, and ecom teams.Lead key Coles meetings, such as range reviews and activation sessions, and contribute to long-term planning.Collaborate with Coles media team to optimize ROI on PepsiCo investments and stay ahead in new activation opportunities.Evaluate ROI using analytical tools like Circana and Coles Synergy to refine future decision-making.Serve as the strategic and creative lead for Red Rock Deli, setting vision and execution strategy.Manage Red Rock Deli project activations, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for successful implementation.Oversee budget management processes, including monthly reconciliation, forecasting, and negotiating supplier estimates for maximum value. Additionally, coach and develop the Shopper Marketing Activation Executive, ensuring they meet deadlines and receive necessary support for their role's success.This role is a 12 Month Full Time Contract position
Qualifications
About you:
Degree qualified with a minimum of 4 years' experience in FMCG shopper / consumer marketing or senior role within shopper agency. Experience working on large scale campaigns for major grocery retailers.Understanding of FMCG retailer dynamics, and ability to understand category trends and insights and utilise these to build effective customer/shopper plans. Proven analytical, planning and organisation skills. Proven ability to build strong, cross functional relationships (internal and external), and work collaboratively with others to deliver business outcomes.Solid communication skills (verbal and written). Demonstration of ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholdersResults driven, with 'can do' attitude.
