Pay is based upon education and experience.The Shop Lead/ Quality Control Inspector assists and develops technicians inall phases of troubleshooting and repair of equipment in a manner thatreflects the companys vision of working as One Professional Team and serves asthe main contact between the shop personnel and Technical Services Departmentconcerning problems that arise during the repair of the equipment.
