Job Description
Danfoss in Easley, SC is hiring a 1st shift Shipping/Receiving Team Lead. This position performs a wide range of tasks following standard operating procedures to complete daily tasks of the Shipping/Receiving department, including all shipping functions. Assists Supervisor in daily coordination of department activities. They must recognize unusual conditions and report to appropriate supervisor, train team members according to procedures. Maintain cross functional team using competence matrix/training plan. Must effectively delegate responsibilities to other members of the team, moving resources where needed.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
Ensure ISO methods are used with the most up-to-date documentation.
Enforce and practice safety rules and housekeeping policies.
Must fill in during the absence of the supervisor
Communicate with outside entities, such as trucking companies and Freight forwarders as needed
May be required to perform other duties as required by Supervisor.

Computer Skills (SAP experience a must)
Ability to multitask.

Must have 3-5 years of Logistics experience
