Shift Supervisor The Hourly Shift Supervisor (SS) is the Shift Leader ofthe restaurant focused on delivering sales and profit results throughprofitability, Guest, people & operations. The SS supports theRestaurant General Manager (RGM) and Assistant Manager (AM) in managingthe operations during assigned shifts, driving key performance outcomesrelated to sales, profitability, guest service and people. The SSoperates under the direction of the RGM and directly manages a shift ofTeam Members. People: Provides coaching and feedback to Team Members toincrease the restaurant team\'s capabilities and raise restaurantperformance Operations: Sets an example for Team Members by working hardto implement shift plan and drive operational results Directs efficientand accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery withinestablished speed of service guidelines Motivates Team Members duringthe shift on each of the workstations Reviews restaurant results toidentify successes and areas for improvement Ensures that restaurantupholds operational and brand standards *Performs duties of the TeamMember when necessary Profitability: Follows all cash control andsecurity procedures (e.g. safe counting, cash drawers) Maintainsinventory by performing Daily and Weekly inventory inspections Receivesinventory truck orders Guest: Motivates and directs Team Members toexceed Guest expectations with accurate, fast, and friendly service inclean surroundings
