　　About the Role:

　　An opportunity to provide consultative and strategic insight into projects and solutions by becoming a critical focal point to our customers. Your ability to lead teams across multiple locations (mainly UK and France) will ensure timely, efficient, and successful implementations of our cutting-edge market-leading solution, UKG Ready.

　　Responsibilities include:

　　• Developing strong customer relationships as 'trusted advisor' at project management, payroll manager, and senior management levels

　　• Managing multiple concurrent projects within the customer, tying them all together with strategic vision and focus

　　• Proactively looking at the 'big picture' for the project and customers; identifying and driving additional revenue opportunities

　　• Monitoring project performance, checking actual performance against planned performance to ensure technical, schedule, and budget goals are met or exceeded

　　• Providing team with constructive and actionable feedback that increases individual and team effectiveness

　　• Managing escalated situations as proactively as possible, involving management as needed

　　• Anticipating problems or situations that could affect the team. Assessing the potential impact, and planning the best solution

　　• Interacting frequently with team, management and customer to define project requirements and identify solutions consistent with defined terms, policy, and regulations.

　　Qualifications

　　• Experience in Software industry, ideally within the Workforce Management (WFM) or Human Capital Management (HCM) domain

　　• Languages: Fluency in both French and English is required to address our customers

　　• PMP or other project management equivalent qualification

　　• Proven experience delivering successful projects within multiple industry verticals

　　• Strong customer focus, providing consultative and strategic insight into projects and solutions

　　• Ability to lead teams across multiple locations to ensure successful delivery

　　• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to talk at all levels of the business
