Services Supply Chain (SSC) is the “engine” to deliver Spare Parts, Repair and Refurbishment solutions, globally.
In this role, you will be part of the Global Services Delivery Solutions & Sustainability SSC . Our mission is to be a key enabler for HPWS profitability and growth by (1) driving Operational Excellence globally and (2) design, develop and implement new Sustainable Services, Solutions and Capabilities within our leading global services supply chain.
As Services Account Assurance Manager you will lead the global process to secure performance and parts supply availability for selected accounts.
Job specifics/responsibilities:
Align and review Accounts in scope.
Deploy and provide necessary insights to Theater planning leads.
Globally manage process. Weekly performance review follow ups
Analyses, identifies root causes of performance deviations, build and execute action plans.
Build a control and monitoring environment to track the business performance.
Manage to resolution business escalations.
Education (degree) and professional experience required:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Computer Sciences, or equivalent
Typically, 8- 10-years’ experience.
MBA, PMP/PMI, L6S will be a plus.
Solid experience in Services Supply Chain, Customer Support, Services Delivery Businesses.
