About ServiceNow Senior Developer

  Are you an experienced, passionate pioneer in technology who wants to work in a collaborative environment? As an experienced ServiceNow Senior Developer , you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel.   Work you'll do/Responsibilities

  Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management

  Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes.

  ServiceNow Developer with experience in ITSM and GRC products.

  ServiceNow Platform to meet the Identified Business requirements and Functional needs.

  Support ServiceNow Platforms through monitoring, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and implementing Bug-Fixes

  Utilize ServiceNow Plugins/Automation tools to build Innovative Solutions.

  Develop integrations leveraging point-to-point interfaces, Web Services (REST / SOAP), file-based transfers, etc.

  Provide configuration options to meet specific Requirements, identifying respective Pros and Cons for each option.

  Participate in user story grooming session, elaboration, and design sessions.

  Review user stories to understand requirements and technical architecture documentation for solution.

  Troubleshoot any errors found in the ServiceNow configuration.

  Complete the deployment of solutions across sub-production and production environments.

  Provide training for each tools functionality both in person and through using other methods.

  Document, maintain and update policies, procedures and controls for the operation of the ServiceNow platform.

  The Enterprise Operations as a Service Offering addresses our clients' needs for on-going operations of their technology and business process investments through multi-year contracts. We deliver continuous modernization, upgrades, and address incremental business changes as part of our engagements through our 5 key offerings: SAP Operations, Oracle Operations, IT Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Finance Operations.

  Qualifications

  Required

  Role is remote

  Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

  Minimum 6 years of Servicenow Development experience on ITSM and ideally IRM/GRC suite

  Experience or knowledge with various ServiceNow modules like SPM, ITAM, ITOM

  CSA Certification, Implementation Specialist Certification

  Having exposure to integrations and developing complex solutions; Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages

  Ability to lead client discussions, organize backlog grooming and run scrum calls

  Experience working with and mentoring junior resources

  Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

  Preferred

  Knowledge and experience of ServiceNow scripting languages (e.g. JavaScript, Glide API) Excellent Written and Communication Skills Can operate independently or with minimum supervision Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work product Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
