ServiceNow Developer / Architect Integrations HR and Fin Tech
Capgemini is seeking a ServiceNow Integrations Developer / Architect with extensive technical and hands-on experience that includes a consistent track record of successful deployments for external customers.
As a ServiceNow Integrations Developer, you will work to craft, configure, script, and lead the technical solution on the ServiceNow platform in order to ensure a successful deployment for our customers. You will work closely with the Platform Architect to refine ServiceNow platform requirements (Stories), and complete the development of the agreed upon solution.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate their extensive scripting capabilities in one or more of the common languages used by ServiceNow, including Java, HTML, Angular, etc.
Key Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow development experience, as detailed above
Implement and Configure a broad range of ServiceNow Applications, such as CSM, ITSM, ITOM, HR, SecOps, GRC, and Employee Center
Design / Develop ServiceNow Tables, Fields, Forms and Access Controls
Demonstrable experience in ITOM operational aspects of the IT environment such as monitoring, performance management and automation
Extensive knowledge with crafting Business Rules, ACL’s, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Catalog Forms, etc.
Use JavaScript to develop solutions for requirements that can not be satisfied through configuration
Solve and repair common configuration issues
Build Prioritized Applications using Studio
Automate activities on the ServiceNow platform using Flow Designer and/or Workflow Engine
Build data sets and transform maps for importing data from other sources into ServiceNow
Deep technical knowledge of integrating ServiceNow with external systems, such as AD, SSO, SCCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Jira, etc. using JDBC, REST, SOAP, Integration Hub
Document all technical work for purposes of knowledge transfer
Must live near Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, New York, New Jersey or San Francisco and be able to go into a local office 1x to 2x a week. Flexible schedule.

Additional Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years IT related experience
ServiceNow CSA Certification required
ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification is a plus
External Client consulting experience highly preferred
Experience working in an Agile development environment is strongly preferred
Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously
