Job Description
The Service Response Manager works closely with maintenance technicians, suppliers, clients and Aramark account management teams to respond to requests for service by allocating the proper resources to facilitate the delivery of corrective and preventative maintenance activities. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs.

Job Responsibilities
Performs and coordinates a variety of duties related to dispatch and schedulingResponsible for receiving requests by phone and email for service; prioritizes and coordinates the handling of service requestsEscalates requests for approval that exceed client authorization levelsSources new vendors and orders materials on-demand as needs arise Works closely with all stakeholders to communicate needs and ensure timely client serviceManages and maintains records and documentation of service requests; utilizes work order management system to track service order activityProvides service excellence with every interaction by maintaining a professional, welcoming, engaging, and helpful attitude towards internal and external customers Handles other duties and tasks as assigned by manager
Qualifications
Previous experience in dispatch or contact center environment preferredDemonstrates strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attentional to detailAbility to learn quickly and adapt to change in a fast-paced, high performance cultureAbility to remain calm and focused when handling multiple tasks at once Proven interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalSuperior customer service skills; must be passionate about delivering quality service and making a positive difference in the client experiencePossess strong computer skills - Windows, Excel and Outlook - and be internet browser proficient
