Boeing Digital Aviation Solutions (DAS) is seeking a Service Offer Manager. The Service Offer Manager is part of a team of Service offer managers within Flight Operations. The Service Offer Manager designs and defines services to deliver attractive customer outcomes, making sure clients get premium value from our products and services.
Flight Operations is a portfolio of software products to plan and manage operation of flight crew, aircraft and flight planning for commercial airlines globally. We are strengthening our portfolio team with Service Offering Managers (SOM). The SOMs main responsibility is to define our different service offerings in the Flight Operations portfolio. Our SOMs will work with a broad range of services such as business consultancy, programming consultancy, system implementation, support and training. If you have experience of defining or delivering services in an international IT environment and want to be part of a winning team in a growing business, this is the job for you.
Position Responsibilities:
• Support the strategy, definition and a roadmap for each Service
• Work close with the Service organization (DS&S), Product Managers and Market Managers to refine service design, customer value capture and go-to market strategy
• Constantly test and refine the market perception of the service
• Continually identify service gaps and align resources to fill them, including potential partnerships and acquisitions
• Support training and external and internal knowledge sharing of the service
• Establish key performance indicators and metrics to track the success of the service e.g. customer satisfaction
This position is located in Gothenburg, Sweden or Singapore.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
• Education -Bachelor degree or higher
• 5+ years of experience in IT industry and/or aviation industry
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
• Experience of service offering development
• Airline industry experience
• Working with pricing strategies
• Working with tiered service offering
• Working in an international business
• Experience of Crew, Network Operations of Flight Planning software
