Description:
Client facing role interacting daily with all parties involved
Capable of delegating tasks based on teams’ skill set
Train and mentor technicians on and off-site
Communicate expectations and quality of work to technicians
Create and instill responsibilities for technicians
Work with HR to keep track of and create standards for lead technicians and overall technician performances for review purposes
Ensure and enforce safety standards
Pull products/supplies as needed
Oversee job sites daily, correct errors, double-check the quality of work
Go onsite to finalize big jobs and ensure the scope of work was met to full standards
Communicate with the office for any needs/requests
Point of contact for technicians and onsite client needs
Physically demanding job that requires lifting, crawling, etc.
Handle all types of weather conditions
