Job Description
Responsible to own IT Operational Discipline governance horizontally across overall IT with special focus on the Asset and Configuration Management process coupled with Monitoring and Event Management process.
The person is pivotal in driving improvements that result in best-in-class operations and is a key driving force in enabling Operational Excellence related IT OKRs and working closely with other IT Process Owners and stakeholders.
This position reports to the Director of IT Operations Governance and is expected to be an independent leader who have solid experience in leading IT operations at a wide-scale and drives improvement efforts relentlessly.
The ideal candidate should role model strong communication skills with excellent stakeholder management, capable of working with all levels of organization from top management to the working groups.
Subject matter expert with industry experience in managing a full-fledged CMDB with service mapping and automated discovery.
Also knowledgeable on maturing Event management process within a diversified IT Operations environment.
Well versed on industry standards in IT service management, with key strengths in collaboration, stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills to drive and deliver consistent operational improvements to meet the organization's goals.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.
Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Degree/Masters in Computer Science or Information Technology or Business Systems.
5+ years in leading IT Service Management Process Governance and deployment.
COBIT and other IT Service Mgt qualification.
IT Service Management (ITIL V3 or V4.0) Expert or Masters level.
Deep familiarity on ServiceNow and Dynatrace toolset.
Project Management Certification (PMP).
5+ years delivering operations excellence improvement aligned to industry standard processes
Relevant Industry certifications.

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
