This SRC is a 24x7x365 multi-disciplinary operations support function that includes system, administration, software engineering, process expertise, incident response & management, change, enablement, multi-tier network operations centre, and customer engagement.
The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator with a high degree of customer focus, talented, energetic collaborator who has the right mix of hands-on exposure to system engineering, monitoring, incident response, infrastructure administration covering system, networks, storage & databases. (Linux / Azure Cloud/ Docker & Kubernetes) or similar hosting platforms and troubleshooting thereof.

Quick trouble shooting of Production Issues.
Working experience on RHEL servers
Provide L2/L3 support on Windows/VMWare
Maintenance, and troubleshooting of Windows Servers.
Expertise in SQL Queries
Experience in troubleshooting Hyper-V and Fail over clustering.
Log Monitoring and Analysis for issue prevention
Hands on experience on shell scripting
Working knowledge of Azure is an asset
Needs to have hands-on knowledge of software containerization platforms like Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes
Work in L2 L3 Application Support
Experience in Incident resolutions to meet client SLAs
Support teams to facilitate prompt resolution of incidents.
Coordinate with Development team for L3 issue
Preferred ITIL Foundation V3 or V4 certification
Flexibility to work in 24x7 shifts.
Certifications: Additional advantage -RHCSA, RHCE, AZ-800, AZ-801, AZ-900
