What is the job about?
Analyzing and solving electronic and software-related problems in the communication between control systems and pumps as well as applying knowledge with a technical / business insight. You will be working within a unit and across functional areas with limited oversights.
Your main responsibilities :
Technical support and consultations on after-sales issues.
Identify and provide solutions for equipment problems resolution.
Execution of the sold services – installation, commissioning, maintenance, etc.
Willingness to learn and develop professional skills.
Maintaining and increasing the competence of service partners in after-sales matters.
Support and implement pump energy efficiency services.
Cooperate with colleagues within the structural unit and with other structural units of the company.
Your background :
We imagine that you have:
Higher technical education.
Experience in servicing pumps or manufacturing equipment.
Knowledge of equipment control systems and their connectivity.
Ability to work individually and in a team.
Ability to independently organize one’s time and set priorities.
Good problem solving and communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to learn continuously and train cooperation partners.
Good knowledge of the English language.
