About Service and Billing Notification Specialist

  Facilitate the Service and Billing communications email process with service teams Email intake Email review and content finalization (assisting with writing and editing) Plan, coordinate, and track process tasks and engage with stakeholders Localization processing (when necessary) Pull email addresses, manage customer PII requests Data concatenation to support tokens/variables (when necessary) QA and final review Sending the email through the appropriate Comms channel Updating internal field of sent emails (via internal email, sites, etc) Track and manage email metrics (sends, email volume sent, channel used, etc.) Manage delivery of portal notices for corresponding emails Report trends and gaps identified for Service and Billing Notifications Take accurate and timely notes related to the email campaign and provide those in Azure Dev Ops. Ensure stakeholders are getting CVP approval for email campaigns with more than 20,000 subscription IDs Support escalations related to service and billing emails Research send list Validate customer email status, e.g. hard bounce, soft bounce, etc. Assist/triage support for email delivery issues  (limited basis only, e.g. provide workaround options) Intake site maintenance Assist in developing process documentation (as necessary) Template maintenance Workflow maintenance Project work Support ad-hoc project work related to optimizing Service and Billing communications and other team initiatives Assist in developing process documentation (as necessary) Create bug and feature requests for process and tooling improvements We would like you to have...

  BA/BS Degree Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Great knowledge of MS Excel, including Index matching VLOOKUP Pivot tables Merge feature Experience in project management, and related planning and coordination skills Nice to have but not required - knowledge of Azure services and related technical concepts Strong ability to evaluate and edit a range of written technical material Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines, while being flexible to sudden changes We would like you to be...
