SEO Specialist, Project Coordinator
We are seeking a motivated and experienced SEO Specialist to focus on project coordination to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating communication with external agencies and internal partners to achieve our goals and ensure smooth project execution.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage communication with external SEO agencies, ensuring timely and accurate information exchangeCollaborate with internal partners, including procurement, finance, marketing, content, and web development teams, to align SEO strategies and initiativesDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables, to ensure successful project executionMonitor project progress, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks and issues, and providing timely updates to stakeholdersEstablish and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and internal partners, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field2-3 years of experience in project management coordination, with a focus on SEO and/or digital marketingProven track record of successfully managing SEO projects, including coordinating with external agencies and internal partnersGeneral understanding of SEO best practices, tools, and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and AhrefsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse teamsHighly organized and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesSelf-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities

In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our {insert location} office on a weekly basis for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
