Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Sr. Principal Project Manager/Control Account Manager (CAM) to manage the various Command & Launch Control Accounts within the Command and Control Element within the Sentinel program. As the CAM you will support the C2 element within the Sentinel program as a dedicated CAM.
What You'll get to do:
The successful candidate should be detailed oriented, be able to work collaboratively with multi-disciplined teams, and have a proven track record of managing a variety of control accounts. The scope of the C2 Element requires the management of various control accounts and contract types including labor, material, and major subcontracts. The selected candidate will be required to work collaboratively with the program leadership and our partners to successfully manage the assigned control accounts. This position will be based in Roy, UT.
Essential Responsibilities: Establish budgetary baselines for the accounts with the Sentinel program.Manage, track and report earned value metrics to senior program leadership and business management.Support program integrated baseline reviews.Work closely with the C2 team lead to forecast labor.Work closely with the C2 Operations lead to accurately manage integrated master schedules.Manage and report on program schedules to senior leadership.Support with project issues/risks identification and resolution plan development. This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

Salary Range: $92,400 - $138,600
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
