Precision electromechanical assembly, functional testing and packaging of core INFICON sensor technologies.
Job Responsibilities
Precision electromechanical assembly of core INFICON sensor technologies. Small scale, high volume requirement sense technologies are the backbone of the INFICON Service Tool HVAC leak detection and diagnostic equipment. Assembles mechanical components under magnification utilizing both mechanical methods and manual techniques. Performs functional testing and packaging of assembled sensor technologies with appropriate, specified accessories.Utilization of INFICON's MRP system (SAP) for the activation of workstation material replenishment signals, production completions and scrap / reject transactions. Contributions to total product quality and efficiency creations are encouraged. Employee must work well with others in a team based environment.

Mechanical aptitude, ability to read and follow written Operational Method Sheets and verbal instructions, ability to work efficiently and accurately. Ability to focus and perform mechanical assembly under a microscope for several hours per day, over multiple days per week. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Preferred Qualifications
Previous manufacturing experiences in a related environment. Some college or the pursuit of a college / technical degree.
Additional Information
For New York, the expected salary range for this position is between $17 and $25 per hour. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.
