Our nimble, decentralized culture can provide you with a wealth of opportunities to learn about our business and quickly gain experience to accelerate your career.Who you areThe Senior Vice President of Enterprise Client Solutions (ECS) is a high-profile position within Occupier Services responsible for building platform led solutions for the largest occupiers of real estate, including a US concentration. You will have sponsorship from the business to leverage relationships across various industries and networks and a strong motivation to develop new relationshipsWhat you bringManage the pipeline, lead each pursuit, use the broader OS marketing and sales resources, and coordinate engagement to improve our potential to win, including involving them in the engagement ongoing when it is a fitContribute to innovation in the sales process and improvement of proposal/pitch content.Directly develop sales opportunities and lead member of sales function/team that builds solutions for the largest global occupier clients, primarily those with real estate executive decision makers based in the US.A deep understanding of our outsourcing scope, which will be transaction management, project management, lease administration and technology services, and various complementary advisory services - Not facility management.Support overall ECS business targets and goals, working closely with Head of ECS | Americas to incorporate an advisory, solution-centered approach to clients, developing broader and higher relationships with target clients.Ensure deep knowledge of target markets and competitive landscape. Develop prospective relationships and accounts.This position requires strong financial savvy to build and develop accurate internal proformas and provide feedback to ECS/OS leaders on the commercial viability of pursuit opportunities.Development of RFP and RFI responses, proposals, and other standard documents, facilitating vital input from multiple business lines, offices and individuals globally.Preparation and production of outstanding, customized, client specific presentations and proposals and other client deliverables.Travel as the need arisesBonus skills and experienceDemonstrated existing quality relationships with executives and decision makers with major US-based global corporations (Fortune 500)Track record in "solutioning" and winning integrated, global, multi-service line Enterprise level engagementsDemonstrated solid understanding of Portfolio Optimization, CRE Strategy, CRE Organizational Design, Account and Transaction Management, Project Management, Lease Administration and IWMS technologyPrevious experience managing projects globally, with multiple stakeholdersMinimum 8 years' experience in similar roleOutstanding technology proficiencyStrong skills in the following areas: negotiation, business management, human relations, financial analysis, relationship building, time management, planning and organizing, written and verbal communicationsStrong ability to work under pressure, perceive problems and react quickly to effect solutions.Experience in developing and implementing innovative products and services within an existing corporate real estate or service provider environment.Consistent track record of creative problem solving and ideation.#li-bw1Make your next move an expert one and join us as we lead the industry into the future.Direct applicants on
