Your role

　　We're looking for a Senior UX Experience Designer to:

　　• Conceptualize, design, and create the features and functionality for UBS Wealth Management's digital platform.

　　• Support the WMA Product team(s) with your innovative thinking and creative problem-solving.

　　• Bring your deep design thinking to the challenges of creating our next generation of digital tools.

　　• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and platform delivery teams to ensure effective and efficient design and delivery of the digital customer experience.

　　You'll be part of the fast-paced, Agile-based center of excellence design team based in Weehawken, NJ. We are UXUI professionals using our user research, design, and technology knowledge to bring user needs to life as meaningful and relevant experiences.

　　Your expertise

　　• ideally 8 plus years of UX design/development professional practice; consulting experience is a plus

　　• Experience in wealth management and wealth management platforms, including advisor tools, account aggregation tools, Robo-Advisors, etc.

　　• Creating the deliverables that define and describe the user-centered client journey, such as user experience (UX) flows, wireframes, prototypes, and build-ready screens.

　　• Collaborating with technology teams, product management and engineering to define and implement innovative experience solutions.

　　• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.

　　• Establishing and promoting design guidelines, best practices and standards.

　　• Presenting and defending designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stake holders.
