• Work with Brand and In-Field Teams to identify training strategy and training outcomes that will support Brand plan execution
• Design, deliver and evaluate training strategy and all training courses for the Sales team, including inductions for new staff
• Attend sales conferences and run workshops when required
• Observe Field Sales team in their territory, providing constructive feedback after observation
• Contribute to Brand team initiatives by facilitating workshops and other in-person facilitation sessions
• Design and deliver ad hoc training sessions for teams across the affiliate and evaluate the positive transfer of training
• Support development planning and work with affiliate leaders to develop and deliver training identified
• Develop and deliver content locally in response to local needs within the global framework by using innovation tools and models
• Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent
• Track record of success as specialty pharma sales representative and sales manager
• Solid knowledge of training theory (Formal Training Needs Analysis/Evaluation) paired with strong coaching and counselling skills
• Strong project management skills and high planning and organizing skills. Ability to manage workload and priorities and keeping up to date with emails, whilst being away from the office delivering training
• Track record of success in educating people - facilitation skills/providing constructive feedback/interpersonal skills/coaching skills/sensitive to people’s needs/motivational skills/deal with people at different levels and functions
• Deciding and Initiating Action - make difficult decisions and confidently presents/breaks down information and clearly communicates scientific information and data
• Track record of success in delivering results and meeting customer expectations - very busy role, need high energy, constantly strive for improvements
• Must demonstrate innovative and creative approaches to both the design and delivery of training programs
• Able to plan and manage large training projects, and possess the drive to see projects through to completion. Able to demonstrate an ability to work well under pressure with a high degree of flexibility
