SeniorTraining & Development Specialist

As a Senior Training and Development Specialist at AArete, you will workclosely with the Director of Learning & Development (L&D) as well asOperations and leadership teams to develop and deploy trainings for:
Project teams in the fieldTechnology and shared services teamsOperations departmentsThe Training and Development Specialist will also manage all new content andtraining material to ensure effective and relevant training, which includesowning AArete's Learning Management System (LMS), Docebo. Thisposition will also oversee and execute AArete's New Hire onboarding program.Candidates must be detail-oriented, organized, and strong communicators.The Training and Development Specialist will be responsible for understandingthe development needs of our people and executing various training programs toimprove their ability to perform.

Align training with the organization's strategic goals and employees'development needsEvaluate AArete's training needs by assessing employee knowledge andcapabilities, understanding gaps, and identifying where training is neededProvide recommendations to leadership based on aforementioned evaluationsWork with AArete leadership to create training content and plans, includingcoordinating and execution of all training sessions, events, and ongoingworkshops focused on applied learning, business communications and technologyAssess employees' needs for training through employee surveys and leadershipfeedbackEvaluate and coach to improve the effectiveness of trainings and traininginstructorsOwn and manage AArete's LMS, Docebo, including organization,identification, and development of content available on the platformRegular tracking and analysis of training metrics and key performanceindicators (KPIs), including monthly reporting to key leadershipManage the design and execution of all L&D elements related to AArete'sNew Hire Onboarding programDrive all L&D communication including L&D training sessions and event invitesFacilitate and lead various trainings and meetings for L&D over time,e.g., Strengths training for New Hire Onboarding
Requirements
Minimum 3 - 5 years of formal experience supporting a training function orexperience working for a professional services firm as a consultantStrong healthcare background with experience in applying technology and anappetite forinnovationBachelor's degree requiredExperience supporting training programs and leading trainingsExperience working with a LMS platform (Docebo experience a plus)Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word,PowerPoint)Demonstrate strong organizational skills, task and detail-orientedAbility to communicate effectively and confidently with all levels of theorganizationStrong presentation skills required.
