You as a Senior Telecom Service Engineer will be part of Hitachi Energy business based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are seeking an experienced Senior Telecom Service Engineer to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. The candidate has experience executing complex upgrade and maintenance projects in the field of mission critical communications with hands-on experience in system design, engineering, and commissioning with proven track record of ensuring compliance to contract technical specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. This challenging role provides the opportunity to lead technical discussions and troubleshooting initiatives with the customer teams' directly.

　　Your responsibilities

　　Oversee, planning, and implementing the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of FOX & XMC equipment along with its respective NMS.Working closely with the customer teams to ensure reliability of the network by monitoring the utilizing the functionality of respective NMS and design and execute medium to high-complexity telecommunication engineering projects within agreed budgets and timelines.Proven proficiency in working on virtual machines and Linux environments.Ensuring that all projects adhere to the established quality standards and safety requirements and providing expert knowledge in IP (routing/switching), SDH, and MPLS-TP networks.Delivering technical expertise in communication services tailored for Railway systems.Collaborating with various stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and successful project delivery and conducting troubleshooting, problem resolution and provide ongoing technical support.Preparing RCA and periodic service reports ensuring documentation, including project plans, design documents, and manuals, are kept updated.Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

　　A bachelor's degree in electronic and telecom engineering is required.Minimum 8 years of experience in medium to large sized mission critical communication project is preferred.Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
