Cromulence, LLC is looking for a cleared full-time Senior Technical Program Manager to manage and lead multiple advanced research and development projects within the realm of Cybersecurity. As a technical PM, the role requires an understanding of software and hardware development, system architectures, and the application of reverse engineering and vulnerability research in cybersecurity. The position will be responsible for establishing and maintaining cost and schedule baselines, reporting to both company and customer stakeholders, and overseeing and leading a program team with diverse engineering skills and experience levels. As a senior PM, the role will manage multiple concurrent efforts and possibly oversight of multiple subcontractors. The PM will be expected to support new business pursuits and engage with customers in developing future tasks and opportunities to include writing whitepapers, technical proposals, and Statement of Work (SOW) documents. The PM is responsible for working with company Finance professionals to estimate and price cost proposals and produce required financial deliverables. The PM will also have to work closely with the company and customer Security teams to develop, accredit, and maintain critical IT systems necessary for program execution.
The PM will be expected to effectively communicate with the program team and work side-by-side to achieve successful program deliveries within the budget and schedule constraints. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for building and maintaining the program team with potentially geographically dispersed members.
The PM should establish strong relationships with customers based on trust and respect, employing your influence to drive project direction and achieve mutual success for the client and for Cromulence.
