Senior Technical Product Manager
Job Summary
As an API Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the requirement, backlog management , product roadmap and prioritization of our API product strategy.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help define API specifications in alignment with Industry and Equinix standardsCollaborate with engineers, architects, quality assurance and operations to ensure timely delivery of API products and featuresDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of API products and identify areas for improvementDefine success criteria for testing and product acceptanceCommunicate and Evangelize platform strategy to drive adoption of API productsConduct customer interviews, monitor customer feedback and incorporate it into API product development plansStay updated on industry trends and API technologies for partnership opportunities
Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of product management experienceAn undergraduate degree in Computer Science (or the equivalent)Previous experience with APIs - either on the product side or engineering sideEntrepreneurial spirit - self-driven and curious with a passion for solving problemsStrategic thinker and highly analyticalAbility to dive deep while also keeping perspective on the big picture goalsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent attention to detail and highly organized
