ABOUT THE ROLE
Own delivery of all programmatic campaigns Manage lifecycle of all programmatic and direct campaigns ensuring full delivery against client KPI, including troubleshooting, ensuring campaign success Undertake optimisation of campaigns to ensure full delivery and optimum performance Provide clear campaign updates back into programmatic sales on risks and opportunitiesSupport programmatic sales team with analysis and insight
Provide inventory updates to programmatic team and proactively identify commercial opportunities Undertake post campaign analysis to build recommendations and insights for future campaigns Pro-actively upsell high performing campaigns Attend client meetings where necessary to provide insight and analysis around campaign performanceDeliver actionable process changes that drive performance Constantly review and improve processes around campaign delivery that drive internal and external efficiencies Work with Commercial Tech and Ad Product to continuously improve the platform, product and tech stack to deliver a market leading solution Drive programmatic within Hearst
You will be an ambassador for programmatic within Hearst and drive the knowledge and understanding of sales teams around our products Work with the Ad Product team to ideate and deliver new programmatic products to market Support the wider TAM team in campaign delivery and knowledge sharing around products, opportunities and best practiceABOUT YOU
Knowledge & Experience
Experience of working In Digital Ad Operations and a thorough understanding of how media Is brought from both a Direct and Programmatic perspective Has both experience and knowledge of Ad Serving, Programmatic Platforms and Digital Delivery systems Competent in using relevant tools and platforms such as Google Ad Manager, Xandr, Moat, Grapeshot & Ad Validation. Experienced In Celtra would be beneficial, but not essential Knowledge of other Third Party tools (Moat, Grapeshot, DV, IAS etc) Knowledge of Ad Serving, Programmatic Platforms and Digital Delivery systems Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Performs well under pressure and is comfortable working to tight deadlinesSkills & Abilities
