Assist the Senior Tax Manager - Provision and Special Projects to 1) align with all tax-related financial reporting requirements, 2) align with international and federal corporate income tax requirements, and 3) assist in tax transformation and automation projects to support the business.
What you have
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent
3-6 years provision experience
Public-company experience a plus
Experience with provision systems (e.g., OneSource) strongly preferred; tax compliance systems experience a plus
Experience with Alteryx and/or equivalent data transformation/visualization software a plus
Strong attention to detail and experience developing supporting documentation/workpapers
Excellent analytical, project management, and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good Excel working knowledge
What You'll do:
Prepare tax provision calculations, journal entries, and reconciliations
Prepare and upload journal entries for month-end close and accruals
Assist with preparation of external audit schedules and financial statement footnotes
Reconcile tax-related general ledger accounts
Assist with maintenance of SOX documentation to ensure compliance
Assist in implementing changes to above processes to reflect standard methodologies
Coordinate data requests for the preparation of the Company’s federal income tax returns
As needed, assist with preparation of state and/or federal income tax returns and supporting information
Evaluate and recommend improvements to tax related controls and develop streamlined reporting processes
Assist Senior Manager and Director with ad hoc projects

CO Salary Range: USD $65,300 - $133,500 / Year
