We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Talent & Performance Management Consultant to join our Center of Excellence team to help build and sustain an integrated talent and performance management program at Wells Fargo. This team is charged with designing and delivering a cohesive, end-to-end performance and development program - focused on mitigating bias and risk while empowering employees to deliver their best work now and in the future.
This individual will help shape the future of performance management by helping to create, design and execute performance management activities/programs with a focus on continuous improvement using solid risk principles.
In this role, you willEvaluate the effectiveness of performance management program and look for opportunities to improve based on measurement of outcomes, feedback sources and observations.
Analyze issues by synthesizing complex data, identify opportunities for process improvement, and propose effective solutions to address end-user and risk mitigation opportunities.Leverage data, insights, and external benchmarking & research to draft research-based recommendations for process improvement.Partner with product and analytics team to develop automated solutions, text analytics, and tools that add tangible value and drive more effective execution of performance management program.Plan and manage successful project execution and implementation, including measuring and communicating progress.Manage risk by identifying gaps and developing appropriate controls for execution of work, understanding the various risk routines and maintaining evidence of execution. Build relationships with business leaders and HR consultants to influence and align performance management process with organizational goals.Partner with other HR COEs, including HR Product, Analytics, HR Governances and Compensation, to deliver coordinated solutions that support our organizational goals.Execute performance management cycle activities while working cross-functionally inside and outside team.Develop executive presentations that tell a compelling story with data to influence leaders and stakeholders.Required qualifications:4+ years of Talent and Performance Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired qualifications:4+ years of Human Resources, HR transformation, implementation, strategic planning, process re-engineering,project management, business case development, compliance, or risk experience.Experience thinking strategically, offering creative solutions, and challenging the status quo on large scale initiatives.HR system experience (Workday)Experience with data analysis and text analytics in formulating conclusions.Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communications skills with an ability to interact effectively with senior leaders, stakeholders and regulators.Experience planning and organizing cross functional work, building teams, and managing stakeholder groups to drive complex, high-priority efforts through to completion.Ability to identify risk factors and ensure enactment of appropriate controls.Understanding of ever-evolving governance processes and regulatory environments.Experience in regulated industry with large-scale processes in a constantly changing environment execution while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills.BS / BA degree or higher.Job Expectations: Position Locations include Charlotte, NC; Irving, TX; San Antonio, TX; Minneapolis, MN, Des Moines, IA-position will REQUIRE onsite presence in a hybrid arrangement at one of the locations listed abovePosting End Date:
