Overview
As the Senior Talent and Promotions Program Manager, in partnership with the Performance Management Manager, HR Business Partners, and PART, you will support the design, execution, and change management for Intuit's Promotions Reimagined Process and Year-Round Talent & Pay Practices. This includes driving the delivery of the promotions process based on customer empathy, internal data and external best practices, and an end-to-end perspective on the performance processes we deliver for employees.

How you will lead
End to end execution of the Promotions Reimagined process which includes leading planning against company-wide timelines, securing resourcing from partner teams, and leading the execution of the process in partnership with PART, HRBPs, and the Tech Promotions team.Program lead for design and implementation of company-wide promotions process enhancements. This includes using data and learnings to identify, design and implement program management efficiencies, process and tool enhancements, and opportunities to better align with our Internal Mobility and Year-Round Talent and Pay priorities.Business driver for the technology and tools change management and roadmap execution to support Year-Round Talent and Promotions processes with strong partnership with PART and t4i.Core team member supporting the Year-Round Performance Management program and partnership in executing our continued commitment to raising the bar on our performance and promotions processes. This could include process and program enhancements and execution support for our year-round performance practices including goal setting, monthly check-ins, feedback processes and delivery of mid-year and year-end talent & pay.
