　　Rockstar India is seeking a passionate Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to take candidates through the entire recruitment process, including identifying, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for a variety of positions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in full cycle recruiting, and a tireless approach to researching, and contacting the world's best talent.

　　This is a full-time permanent position based out of Rockstar’s unique game development studio in Bangalore.

　　WHAT WE DO We work in a small and agile Talent Acquisition team, partnering collaboratively on the needs of our global studios. We identify and hire the best suited profiles across a variety of disciplines, experience and locations. We support hiring managers globally within all Rockstar studios. We collect, analyze, and summarize data and trends in order to prepare recruiting and hiring reports. RESPONSIBILITIES Identify and approach potential candidates for Rockstar Games across various skillsets and locations. Utilize a variety of sources and methods to effectively source passive candidates. Build candidate database: target organizations and markets, establish networks, and qualify prospects. Read professional publications, maintain personal networks, and participate in professional organizations in order to keep on top of job and industry knowledge. Effectively track outreach, candidate flow, and prepare recruiting reports. Maintain job postings through ATS. Partner closely with internal compensation team within HR. Mentor other recruiters in recruiting best practices and in the use of recruiting tools. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, ideally in the games industry or other high-tech space. SKILLS Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience engaging and attracting passive candidates. Experience in Tech/Engineering recruitment. Ability to positively represent the organization to potential candidates. Ability to handle confidential and proprietary information. Ability to build and maintain relationships. Proficient with MS Office.
