  The Talent Acquisition Specialist is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional who wants to work in a fast-paced, high growth company. We are a global team of almost twenty Talent Acquisition (TA) professionals spanning across the globe from the United States, Japan, Korea, India, China, Singapore, UAE, Australia, Germany, Greece and the UK. We are looking for a recruitment specialist to lead critical hires in Business Development, Legal Solutions, U.S. Corporate, Client Services, Institutional, Consulting, and other operational roles.

  Professional Development Opportunities:

  · Research and develop professional competencies- Have access to white papers, online articles and other media as a part of our network

  · Own your role: Become a mentor, advisor and thought leader within the TA global structure

  · Oversee a project: Choose a project that include: Diversity & Inclusion, project start-up, reporting/metrics, candidate experience, etc.

  · Exposure and usage of state-of-art technology to recruit: LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse and other sourcing platforms

  ・GreenhouseやLinkedIn Recruiterなどを用いた人材発掘

  ・応募者データの管理および採用決定権者と経歴評価を協働実施

  ・業界の専門家マッピングと人材パイプラインの構築

  ・電話面接からオファー段階まで、採用プロセス全体の統括

  ・応募者との面接スケジュール・コミュニケーションの管理

  ・ステークホルダーとの信頼関係の構築、社内各チームとの密な連携

  WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  · Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to develop recruitment strategies for the Tokyo office

  · Execute and manage the recruitment strategy for the Tokyo office across different teams, such as Client Service, Business Development and Corporate.

  · Sourcing candidates via Greenhouse, our Applicant Tracking System and LinkedIn Recruiter

  · Manage incoming applications and review CV's with hiring management teams

  · Focus on mapping professionals within the industries and building a pipeline

  · Own the candidate process from phone screen to offer stage

  · Manage interview scheduling and candidate communications

  · Manage stakeholder relationships and work closely with various internal teams

  ・少なくとも3年以上のリクルート経験

  ・ソーシャルメディアおよびその他の採用プラットフォームで候補者をソーシングした経験

  ・高いプロジェクトマネジメント能力

  ・結果を重視し、常に期待を上回ろうとする姿勢

  ・口頭および書面での優れたコミュニケーションスキル

  WHAT YOU HAVE:

  · Due to the requirements of the role, we are keen to find someone immediately available

  · High level fluency in Japanese and English

  · At least 3+ year recruiting experience

  · Experience in sourcing and prospecting candidates on social media and other recruitment platforms

  · Previously worked in a fast paced and growing environment

  · Proven excellence in project management

  · Results focused, continually seeking to exceed expectations

  · Excellent verbal and written communication skills
