Senior Systems Integrator

Production support strategies are an essential ingredient of our current and future success. We are actively seeking a talented Technologist to work across our platforms to evolve support and monitoring capabilities. As a Systems Integrator, you will have the opportunity to tackle complex problems while using your expertise to deliver and support our services. Candidates must be able to effectively communicate and influence partners vertically and horizontally throughout the organization. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to integrate into a dynamic environment are essential to succeeding in this role.
In this role as a Senior Systems Integrator, you will:
Communicate to technical partners on issues or downtime impacting the availability of non-prod environments
Continue to develop and demonstrate a thorough understanding of supported business processes and underlying technologies
Communicate to technical, project, and business resources verbally and through written documentation
Collaborate with other tech platforms and partners to engineer an integrated, end-to-end support frameworks across technology layers
Support an on-call environment and provide assistance to trouble tickets
Establish cross-training initiatives within the team to provide enhanced automated support capabilities
Support and perform testing required to ensure successful implementation of solutions into production
Troubleshoot common release failures utilizing monitoring tools and CI/CD pipeline jobs
Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies through innovation or process improvements.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
At least 4 years experience managing software infrastructure (Windows, Linux)
At least 1 year of experience with monitoring technologies (Splunk, New Relic, Grafana, PagerDuty)
At least 1 year of experience of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
At least 2 years of experience with Agile development
At least 1 year of experience with automated testing (Cucumber, Regression Tests)
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years experience with Splunk, New Relic, Grafana, PagerDuty
2+ years of experience of common CI/CD Pipeline Tools (Git, Jenkins, Artifactory, Automated Release Principles)
2+ years of experience with AWS Cloud platforms and services (ie. EC2,S3, Cloudwatch,ECS)
2+ years experience in Python, JavaScript or Powershell development
