Work you'll do:
The Senior Systems Administrator will possess a strong background in system administration, network infrastructure, and a proven track record in managing complex IT environments. Oversees the day-to-day operations, ensuring system reliability, and implementing efficient solutions to optimize our technology infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain onshore IT systems, including servers, networks, and associated hardware and software.
Design, implement, and support system infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patches to optimize system performance.
Monitor system health, identify issues, and troubleshoot problems promptly to minimize downtime.
Implement and enforce security measures, including access controls, firewalls, and data protection protocols.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute IT projects, upgrades, and migrations.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Document system configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance system efficiency and security.

Qualifications:
Required:
4+ years of experience with all of the following:
Systems Administrator or similar role in a large-scale IT environment
IBM ODM, Informatica, ManageEngine, Azure AD and ForgeRock, Solarwinds (NTA, NCM, SLX), Hp Exstream
Windows NT and Linux administration
Windows/Linux operating systems, virtualization, and cloud technologies
Network protocols, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and LAN/WAN configuration
Scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation and task efficiency
System monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace) and security protocols
Bachelor's degree
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
MCSE, CCNA, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator certifications
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $78,000 to $118,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
