Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Senior Support Integration Specialist to join our team in Berkeley, MO.
This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Global Services (BGS) business organization. This individual will integrate support program activities with customer and Boeing functions to include support system analysis, spares, provisioning, technical data, training, maintenance/modifications, support equipment, integrated diagnostics and facilities. Uses Program Management Best Practices to develop support program plans and schedules, validates deliverables and supports trade studies for platform subsystems. Researches, documents and provides technical information and supports the establishment of processes to develop and maintain support products and integrated support infrastructure.
A successful candidate will understand the importance of collaboration as these positions will focus on working directly with the Support Planning and Management Specialist to implement candidate-centric recruitment strategies helping to enable the BGS business to meet their organizational goals.
Position Responsibilities:
Develops, integrates and manages product/program lifecycle support activities to include support system analysis, spares, provisioning, technical data, training maintenance/modifications, support equipment and facilities
Establishes support requirement definitions
Develops program implementation/integration plans and schedules
Monitors execution of support programs
Reviews program change proposals and assesses sustainment impact
Coordinates and gathers data for estimates in support of proposal activities
Develops support program plans and schedules, validates standard deliverables and supports trade studies for platform subsystems
Researches, documents and provides technical information and supports the establishment of processes to develop and maintain support products and integrated support infrastructure
Completely understands and applies job practices, techniques, standards, principles, and concepts
Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems referring to established precedents and policies
Receives general direction for work that is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives
Participates in determining objectives of assignment; plans, schedules, and arranges own activities to accomplish those objectives
Exerts some influence on the overall objectives and long-range goals of the organization
Represents organization as a prime contact on contracts or projects
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
This position requires an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.).
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ year of experience in aircraft maintenance or management
1+ year of experience in Support Planning & Management
3+ year of experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceTypical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $107,950 - $146,050
