Position Overview
Our Go-To-Market (GTM) Finance organization is looking for a Senior Strategy Manager to lead special projects for our Chief Operating Officer (COO) and his GTM organization. Our GTM organization brings together our Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and GTM technology teams under one group. To help Autodesk accelerate its GTM performance, we need someone to lead value added analysis for high-impact business initiatives. These programs include optimizing our GTM model to maximize customer and financial impact and designing our Return on investment framework across a $1B spend base.
You will demonstrate a strategic mindset, excellent executive presence, cross functional collaboration skills, and strong analytical and modeling skills. This role requires dexterity to work at multiple levels, from high level strategy and insights to disciplined processes analysis of specific initiatives.
This position can be based remotely anywhere in the US and will report to the Director of Business Planning.
Responsibilities
Orchestrate critical strategic initiatives and analysis across the GTM organization that help Autodesk achieve accelerated business resultsWork with cross-functional teams to develop insights and recommendations in specific areas of the business that need focusDrive transformation and change through telling data-driven stories to important decision makersManage multiple projects concurrently and adjust to changing business needs
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years of relevant experience; MBA preferredIdeal backgrounds include management consulting, internal strategy, and strategic financeExperience should include a combination of financial analysis, problem solving, and process managementMust be able to develop and own processes and analyses and work across multiple teams and functionsMust have ability to "tell a story through numbers" that drives decisions with senior audiencesIdeal candidate will be adept at developing solutions through cross-functional collaboration in dynamic environments

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $142,000 and $229,790. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
