ACCOUNTABILITIES
ANALYTICS AND INSIGHT DEVELOPMENT
Lead analysis in key strategic projects/initiativesResearch and synthesize industry trends, competitive conditions, best practices and benchmarks to create insights and inform strategiesIdentify, obtain, and analyze required data to support strategy approach and development. Organize and analyze data using statistical and other methods to ensure validity of resultsBuild quantitative analysis that is based on data inputs, solid calculations, and reasoned high-level interpretation including ROI/Financial ModelingDistill insights from analyses and translate them into recommendations and clear conclusions that inform strategy development. Structure solutions to complex business problems and provide analytical insightsDefine, collect and update critical performance metrics from cross-functional partners for communication to relevant business partnersHelp identify the tools and design the processes needed to implement new business ideas and conceptsEffectively communicate analysis results and collaborate with cross-functional partners to effectively deliver analytics and insights that inform strategyAssess financial opportunities through different vantage points for proposed benefits partnering closely with FP&A and Finance PartnersCapital and expense budgeting and forecasting accountability

QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED3-4+ years experience in strategy, finance, project management or a related fieldStrong problem solving and analytical skillsStrong presence and professionalismHighly proficient with applicable technology systems/tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerPoint, Excel and Google suite)Work with cross-functional teams in a highly collaborative way to build relationships throughout all levels of the organizationComfortable with ambiguity and non-linear processEffective communication skills (both verbal and written)Strong problem solving and analytical skills, combined with business judgment to drive insight/actionAbility to prioritize and organize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment, with attention to detail
PREFERREDBachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Project Management or a related fieldExperience in retail, research, strategy, analytics, large scale process improvement Experience with applicable technology systems/tools (e.g. Google Suite, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Tableau, SQL)
