The Senior Strategy Advancement Professional will join the Experience Transformation Voice Conversational Product Team and will provide technical, program and project management support to help manage the overall Consumer Experience Center Platform (CECP) program. This team is responsible for helping manage technology implementations and modernization efforts for Humana, and this is a vital role to ensure our team successfully delivers our platform product strategy and drives desired business value/outcomes across the Enterprise.

We are seeking an accomplished and experienced Senior Strategy Advancement Professional to join the Experience Transformation Voice Conversational Product Team to provide business intelligence and planning support for multiple business segments within the portfolio. This role will support agile transformation efforts, to include ongoing adoption of an Enterprise LPM, and they will manage work assignments involving moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. This role will be responsible for providing business/strategy alignment, initiative prioritization, operational readiness, project management, and value forecasting/realization. They will bring expertise in support of multi-functional efforts to identify, interpret and produce recommendations and plans based on company and external data analysis, and will help identify and address business issues and opportunities. They will also make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components. They will exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments, and they will leverage independent judgement in decision making, requiring minimal supervision.
Responsible for Portfolio Management and related routines of the CECP Portfolio/LPM.
Works with Humana Enterprise LACE to provide governance and line of sight into the CECP portfolio.
Leads efforts to adjust initiatives and investment funding as variables changes.
Runs Portfolio Operation efforts, to create an MVP LPM experience, and develops operational timelines for implementation.
Helps manage WIP limits and empowers teams to organize around value for better business outcomes.
Leverages the necessary data, digital, and analytical tools, and capabilities to support team needs.
Leads change management and operational readiness activities for CECP-led technology implementations.
Serves as an experience and solution point of contact for the Business Units, leveraging a pre-defined Ops Readiness framework.
Provides run-the-business support for Unit-level communications, such as managing the CECP SharePoint site and BU comms.
Manages CECP organizational routines, including Employee Recognition and Feedback Loops.
Facilitates project management efforts and maintains CECP stakeholder registry, organizational taxonomy, and RAID logs.

Role Essentials
Bachelor's degree
5 years or more of technical implementation experience
3+ years or more of project management experience
Experience with SAFe agile
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience leading and presenting at meetings
Role Desirables
Master's degree
Voice migration or call center technology modernization experience
Experience running SAFe portfolios, managing epic kanban, and understanding of participatory budgeting.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$84,600 - $116,300 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
