About this role:
Reporting to the head of Sponsorships & Brand Engagement, the incumbent will be responsible for developing and driving strategy for Wells Fargo's Sponsorship portfolio. This position will collaborate with key stakeholders across the enterprise to evaluate the existing sponsorships portfolio, execute go-to-market plans, and establish the vision and measurement framework for future sponsorship opportunities. Additionally, this role will drive the measurement and learning agenda across the portfolio; using data driven insights to measure impact on upper funnel brand metrics (awareness, trust, favorability), improve return on investment and support go forward decisions for a best-in-class sponsorship portfolio. This position can sit in Charlotte, NC or New York, NY and is required to be in the office 3 days a week. The Wells Fargo job profile is Senior Lead Marketing Consultant .
In this role, you will:
Develop sponsorship strategy framework to drive business results and deliver against KPIs
Conduct competitive analyses and translate key insights into strategic recommendations
Cultivate reporting capabilities that measure the impact of sponsorship initiatives; more specifically: brand impacts; business impacts and marketing campaign performance
Establish benchmarks, measure performance, and provide recommendations that improve return on investment and operational efficiency
Collaborate with LOB stakeholders and analytics teams to establish goals
Manage relationships with external vendors/partners
Partner with key stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities
Prepare executive presentations, highlighting capabilities, performance, and learnings
Required Qualifications, US:
7+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:
Experience developing sponsorship strategies and plans
Experience developing reporting capabilities that measure the impact of initiatives
Experience preparing executive level presentation with MS PowerPoint
Experience establishing benchmarks that improve return on investment / operational efficiency
Experience consulting and influencing senior leaders, partners, and peers
Experience managing relationships and collaborating with external agencies
