Drive and support the field in the execution of country marketing plan to achieve local business goals across all product families and program.
Office Activities
Empower the field : marketing campaigns tools (i.e pitch, training content, field pitch), program tools and clinical contents
Lead the creation, obsolescence, storage of localized marketing materials incl. internal approval process and French specific RA requirements
Collaborate with country marketing manager, EU team and local team to be aligned with local dynamics/needs and EU event strategy
Assess the accurate deployment of product and program strategy : monitoring, dashboard tools and internal communication (close collaboration with Business Analyst in the country)
Field activities
Initiate and support the marketing tactics for portfolio : support field for campaign test and roll out (i.e training, test of assets), support organization, execution and attendance of relevant internal/external events
Support Field on therapy development initiatives implementations: in collaboration with EU therapy awareness team, country marketing manager, and local team, according to marketing plan through group meeting presentations
Support field team on clinical evidence : clinical review, Field pitch, clinical studies intelligence, answers to customers
Perform competitive intelligence: competition analysis on the field (i.e through congress, assets collection, assets analysis), data collection from field feedbacks), follow the accurate deployment
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, economics, or biological sciences, 3-5 years experience Required or Master's Degree or equivalent in or additional Healthcare related (scientific or engineering or medical) post-graduate degree a plus, 3 years experience of related experience working in marketing.

• Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including consultative and relationship management skills
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and investigative skills
• Substantial knowledge of marketing concepts and principles
• Substantial understanding in tracking and interpreting market dynamics.
• Possess a fundamental clinical knowledge
• Field orientation to support and answer to the needs
• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
• English work level is required
