This is a very detailed oriented position.ABOUT THE JOB (JOB BRIEF)The Account Transfers (Asset Collection) team supports Key PrivateBank Wealth Management in transferring client accounts and assets from external parties into new and existing Key PrivateBank trust and custody accounts. The senior specialist will be responsible for coordinating the collection of assets as instructed by the Trust Administrator. The specialist ensures that assets are received as expected and that transactions are properly posted to the account to reflect the receipt of those assets and the correct taxlots. The specialist is also responsible for timely and accurate communication with all the Line of Business on status and for posting adjustments to taxlots as instructed by the Trust Administrator.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSAnalyze and coordinate the collection of assets for new and existing Key PrivateBank trust and custody accounts.Review financial statements to determine security types involved and appropriate means to initiate and transfer the account.Communicate transfer status updates to the Line of Business at appropriate times.EscalateResearch depository position differences. Resolve timely and escalate when appropriate.According to department procedure and in accordance with Service Level Agreements, proficiently complete all Asset Collection Document Prep requests and Asset Collections.Construct appropriate and professional communications to business partners and external parties. Communications may be oral or written and must reflect positively on Key.Understand and develop knowledge of and relationship with counterparties.Create partnership with the Line of Business to facilitate an excellent client experience.Meet performance objectives for accuracy and timeliness in completing actions.Successfully prioritize workload of various types of activities with varying service level agreements.Actively participate in department projects and efforts to increase efficiency and improve service.Contribute ideas for process and service improvement appropriately.Review and revise written procedures.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSFour-year degree in Business or Finance OR equivalent work experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently with limited supervision.Knowledge of Amtrust system preferred.Prior experience in trust operations preferred.Proven experience and success in a team environment.Proven problem resolution skills.Excellent organizational skills.
