What you will do:
Support the Global Sourcing team by providing reporting and analysis on key Sourcing metrics. Act as key contributor/support-player to higher level managers in Sourcing team.Essential duties include:Preparation and review for SICR/SCR ManagementManage and update the supply challenge trackerDevelop, manage data and provide reports for PPV ProjectionsPPV results presentation to franchise leadershipUpdate key stakeholders including finance and operations on mid-month risk assessments (MMRA)Prepare presentation material for executive reviews at Supply forumsMonthly reconciliations for multiple systemsAnalysis and reporting on Sonic and spend cubeSupport P-cycle detailed updates, cost walk presentations, and maintain detailed spreadsheetsData support for product transfer reviews and reconciliationsAnalysis and support for NPD Budget reconciliation and reportingProvide support for Pre-COGS and COGS roll file reconciliationsSupport ROHs & REACH - follow-up as neededPartner with Purchasing teams to review and reconcile supplier database on lead times, item costs and payment termsProvide analytical leadership for Global projects (DSO, DPO) supportBuild relationship with A/P to ensure payment terms adjustment / exception process are up to date streamlining procure-to-pay processesNDA Management, Review of expiring contracts, ascertain gaps and risksReview and recommend ASL development to support future technical and analytical needsSupport with data for global ERP projects including accelerate, Ivalua, Coupa, PACE, Beyond, CLMSupplier master data support, SUMA (Windchill) supplier additions, master data changes, SACF/SRF initiation, workflow administration
What you need:
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Management, Business, Finance, Engineering or related field or equivalent years of work experience
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years in Supply Management or Sourcing with focus on supplier development Certifications, if requiredDemonstrated knowledge of supplier contract strategy, negotiations, contractual terms, and contract administrationAbility to effectively communicate and present information to suppliers, team members, team leaders, and top managementAbility to build relationships and influence across multiple functions and levels both internally and externallyKnowledge of continuous improvement methodologies & cost reduction methodologiesKnowledge of supplier metrics & measurement methodologies and supporting systems.Demonstrated judgment with the ability to make and communicate timely and sound decisionsPC literate including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointBasic knowledge of Project Management tools
